What is V3 lift?

V 3 lift with fillers is a type of a non-surgical lift with youthful enhancements. It is a procedure carried out on the face to give impressive results. It is developed by Dr Shuba Dharmana, Dermatologist, Lejeune Medspa Bangalore, for her celebrity clientele.

Enhance and impress

Women across the world desire certain areas of the face to be contoured and highlighted. Various make-up techniques are employed to project and enhance facial features such as the temples, cheekbones and the angle of the jaw and chin.

On the profile, make-up highlighting projects a number ‘3’ from the temple to jawline. From the front the oval or ‘V’ shape is enhanced also by this highlighting.

The technique of Dr Shuba’s V3 lift achieves the ‘V’ and the ‘3’ with the help of fillers to naturally enhance and project the areas of the face for a harmonious, youthful and glamorous looking lift.

The process of ageing not only involves loss of precious collagen but also absorption of bone in those particular regions that results in things moving southward. The oval or ‘V’ shaped face that is once the symbol of youth becomes more an inverted V or triangle with the lower face around the jawline looking heavier than the upper and mid face.

Dr Shuba typically sees two types of clients in her clinic.

Firstly, there are clients who want to enhance their beauty by projecting certain areas. She works with a lot of her clientele from South India’s film industry who approach her to enhance their faces to look their best. Their requirements range from making the lips look fuller or projecting their noses to enhancing high cheek bones and chiselling and sculpting a round looking face to being more oval or heart shaped.

Reversing the ageing process

The second type of clients she sees belong to the ageing population who experience sagging, folds, loss of volume and youthfulness.

After an initial consultation and analysis of what areas in the face need lifting and enhancement, she suggests fillers or non surgical facelift with Ultrasound technology or both. The treatments are discussed, planned and scheduled in a way that achieves best and natural looking results.

Roughly the amount of filler in syringes one needs is equivalent to the number of decades of age of a person. So a 30 year may need 3 ml filler whilst a 50 year old may need a 5 ml filler for the ‘V 3 lift.’

Doing fillers globally all over the face is where aesthetic medicine is moving towards today rather than enhancing a particular region like cheeks or eyes. Enhancing a single region often attracts too much attention and looks fake because ageing happens in multiple areas simultaneously. Targeting all the areas achieves a much more balanced symmetric look.

V 3 lift aims to target all the areas of facial ageing and enhances the entire face symmetrically to achieve the best possible results. Broad smooth filled out temples, high cheekbones, under eye rejuvenation and filling, enhancing angle of jaw, defining jawline and chin contour, strengthening chin, turning up angle of the mouth and subtly enhanced lips with a sexy pout are all achieved with her V3 lift.
