Iberia Pharmaceuticals has officially announced the launch of a new manufacturing and research facility in Jhajjar, Haryana. Covering 60,000 sq. ft., the company expects the facility to begin operations by mid-2026, investing ₹70 crore into the project. This initiative aligns with the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ programme and demonstrates Iberia’s commitment to producing high-quality healthcare products domestically.
Focus on dermatology and wellness products
The facility will produce science-based, dermatology-driven wellness products at commercial scale. Iberia will equip the plant with advanced control systems, cutting-edge machinery, and skilled personnel, ensuring compliance with international quality standards. The site will deliver cost-effective solutions across dermatology, wellness, and chronic care segments while maintaining environmental sustainability, regulatory adherence, and quality assurance.
In addition, Iberia will integrate research and development capabilities within the plant. Laboratories will track market trends, assess consumer needs, and enhance product formulations. This integration strengthens Iberia’s portfolio, including clinical-grade treatments and nanotechnology-based skincare, reinforces its pharmaceutical foundation, and maintains high-performance standards across product categories.
Production capacity and employment
Once operational, the Jhajjar facility will produce over 12 million units annually and create more than 600 jobs, directly supporting local employment and economic growth. Iberia combines global manufacturing quality with domestic capabilities to strengthen supply chains and expand access to high-quality healthcare solutions nationwide.
The company currently serves Indian consumers with clinically tested brands such as Sesderma, Mediderma, Dermpix, Noreva, and Metacare effectively. The new facility enables Iberia to serve individuals, clinics, and healthcare professionals efficiently while advancing its mission to deliver safe, precise, and responsible healthcare solutions.
