Aesthetic startup Assure Clinics secures ₹15 Cr

Assure Clinics, a healthcare startup focusing on advanced aesthetic dermatology and hair restoration, raised Rs 15 crore in a seed funding round. The company will use the capital to drive business growth, upgrade clinical technologies, and expand its presence across India.

Funding led by Venture Catalysts

Venture Catalysts, a prominent integrated incubator, led the funding round. Global investors, including Sathish Subbiah (Founding Partner at Fiducia Capital LTD, Dubai) and Indresh Shah of Honour’s Group, UAE, also participated. The capital infusion positions Assure Clinics to advance its comprehensive dermatological and hair restoration portfolio in a sector experiencing robust demand.

Founder-led network with advanced clinical services

Cosmetic surgeon Dr Abhishek Pilani and plastic surgeon Dr Priyanka Pilani founded Assure Clinics, operating 15 centres across India and Dubai. Assure Clinics offers hair transplant procedures, including Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Direct Hair Implantation (DHI). It also provides skin and aesthetic treatments such as PRP therapy, mesotherapy, acne care, anti-ageing solutions, and advanced laser therapies. The company’s model blends clinical excellence with cutting-edge procedural technologies to meet both clinical and aesthetic needs.

Serving consumers and institutional partners

Assure Clinics employs over 250 trained professionals and clinicians. The company serves individual consumers and institutional partners, including healthcare networks and insurance providers. The startup will use the fresh capital to enhance technology, expand into new markets, and improve customer experience and clinical outcomes.

The aesthetic dermatology and hair restoration segment is growing rapidly. Rising consumer awareness, higher disposable income, and demand for quality care are driving this growth. The company also aims to capitalise on these trends by strengthening its differentiated service offerings and scaling its presence across emerging markets.

Strategic milestone for premium services

The Aesthetic startup leadership highlights the seed funding as a key milestone in evolving the company’s premium dermatology and aesthetic services. With increased resources, the business will enhance its technology stack and streamline clinical operations. It will also accelerate expansion, strengthening its position in the fast-growing aesthetic healthcare sector.
