Korean skincare brand KorinMi has raised Rs three crore (approximately USD 360,000) in a pre-seed funding round. Prominent angel investors, including Vikas Agarwal and Vivek Kumar, led the investment. Vikas Agarwal, former CEO of Kaya Skin Clinic (UAE), and Vivek Kumar, CEO of Venture Garage, led the funding round.
They were joined by a network of CXOs and industry experts who backed KorinMi’s vision. KorinMi will use the capital to expand operations, boost marketing, enhance tech, and launch Korean skincare products for Indian skin.
Brand vision
Reshbha Munjal and Jenovia Daun Jung founded KorinMi in 2024, combining Korean dermatology with skincare solutions tailored for Indian skin. The founders named KorinMi to reflect their mission of blending Korean beauty science with Indian relevance—’Korin’ plus ‘Mi’, meaning beauty.
The brand’s clinics offer a mix of non-invasive and invasive treatments based on advanced Korean dermatological methods. The brand sets itself apart with its proprietary 3D Korean skin analysis tech that evaluates 15+ parameters to create personalised treatments.
Addressing the gap
K-beauty has seen a surge in popularity across India, yet professional clinic-based Korean skincare services have remained scarce. The brand fills this gap by offering dermatologist-approved Korean treatments tailored to suit Indian skin concerns.
The brand is pioneering a new category in India by introducing professional K-beauty grounded in clinical expertise, precision, and measurable results. The venture has quickly gained investor confidence by demonstrating strong concept execution and achieving operational profitability within just six months.
Skincare product line
KorinMi opened its first clinic in Gurugram in 2023 and quickly expanded to two more locations across Delhi-NCR. The brand plans to expand to 25 clinics in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and other major cities within three years.
KorinMi is launching a D2C line of professional Korean skincare products specially formulated to meet the unique needs of Indian skin. The brand launched five hero products and aims to build a trusted, authentic, results-driven skincare ecosystem across India.
