On World Health Day, the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA) in Jaipur organised a special aesthetic medicine camp. The institute treated about 1,100 patients seeking solutions for acne, hair loss, and baldness. The event attracted people from across Rajasthan and neighbouring states.
1,100 patients receive hair and skin treatments
The NIA aimed to raise awareness of modern and Ayurvedic skin and hair care treatments.
Patients registered over several days for customised consultations with experts.
Doctors assessed each patient’s condition and recommended appropriate treatments for skin and scalp health.
Many attendees reported long-term concerns with acne or thinning hair.
Some had tried conventional treatments without satisfactory results.
Experts highlight innovative solutions for hair loss and acne
Physicians explained available treatments, including herbal, Ayurvedic, and clinically approved options.
They focused on improving hair density, reducing scalp inflammation, and treating stubborn acne.
Specialists emphasised the importance of personalised care and consistent follow-ups for lasting results.
Ayurveda has long documented approaches to hair and skin health. NIA experts combined traditional knowledge with contemporary dermatology practices for better outcomes. Patients received guidance on lifestyle, diet, and topical treatments to support overall skin health.
High turnout managed with safety and efficiency
On the first day, more than 300 people arrived early. By the second day, turnout increased steadily.
Staff organised registration desks, waiting areas, and consultation rooms efficiently. All patients received clear instructions and safety guidance before treatment.
Positive patient feedback and future plans
One young woman reported reduced acne inflammation after treatment. A male attendee with hair thinning expressed optimism about hair regrowth. Most participants provided positive feedback and requested follow-up sessions. NIA officials said they plan similar camps in the future to promote aesthetic health.
Raising awareness of professional skin and hair care
Officials concluded that such camps expand access to professional aesthetic treatments. They stressed that patients should consult certified physicians before starting any treatment. The initiative aimed to increase public understanding of Ayurveda’s role in contemporary skin and hair care.
By the camp’s end, NIA successfully combined ancient wisdom with modern dermatology, benefiting hundreds of patients in Jaipur.
