SAFEPLAST 2025 focuses on safe practices in aesthetics

SAFEPLAST 2025 in Hyderabad united top experts to share innovations and safety strategies, transforming aesthetic medicine in India.

SAFEPLAST 2025, India’s first conference focused on safety in aesthetic medicine, recently concluded in Hyderabad. It gathered top experts to share protocols, prevention strategies, and innovations that improve patient safety and reduce complications in cosmetic and plastic surgery.

A collaborative initiative for excellence

Personiks, in collaboration with Cocoona Aesthetics Academy, organised SAFEPLAST 2025. Dr Sanjay Parashar, Consultant Plastic Surgeon & Educator at Cocoona Clinic, Dubai, and Dr Guru Karna Vemula, MD (Personiks), Senior Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeon, founded the conference.  The conference focused on “Mastering Safety in Aesthetic Medicine,” setting a new benchmark for patient-centric care in the country.

Knowledge sharing with leading experts

The event featured over 15 of India’s top practitioners. They included Dr Venkat Ramakrishnan, Dr Sudhakar Prasad, Dr Milind Wagh, Dr Venkata Ramana, Dr Ashish Davalbhakta, Dr Rajat Gupta, Dr Adhish Basu, and Dr Rajesh Vasu. 

Other speakers included Dr Priti Shukla, Dr Karishma Kodugu, Dr Sandeep B, Dr Rajetha, Dr Padmavathi Surapaneni, Dr Venugopal Kulkarni, Dr Kavish Chouhan, and Dr Umang. 

The experts gave keynote addresses, led panel discussions, and conducted interactive workshops. They shared actionable insights on safety protocols, early detection of complications, and preventive strategies.
