TRUE ARTIS raises Rs 11.4 crore in seed funding

Integrated aesthetic surgery platform TRUE ARTIS has raised Rs 11.4 crore in a seed funding round. Zeropearl VC led the funding round, which also attracted Eleven and several angel investors. Eleven is a diversified business group founded by Sunil Sachdeva, co-founder of Medanta.

The round also included healthcare and startup operators from several prominent companies. Investors included Arjun Vaidya, Dr Dhruv Joshi, Ambarish Gupta and Vivek Lohcheb. Former senior executives from Airtel and OYO also participated in the funding round.

Funding to support Delhi NCR expansion

TRUE ARTIS will use the fresh capital to expand its presence across Delhi NCR. The company plans to open two new centres within the next six to eight months. It will also strengthen its surgical infrastructure and recovery capabilities.

The startup plans to expand its network of plastic and aesthetic surgeons. It will also invest in technology and patient-care systems.

TRUE ARTIS currently operates two centres in Delhi and Gurgaon. The company plans to consolidate its Delhi NCR presence before entering additional markets.

Building an integrated aesthetic surgery platform

Founded by Ankit Joshi and Sandeep Upadhyay, TRUE ARTIS launched in 2025. The company operates purpose-built centres focused on aesthetic surgery and cosmetic procedures. Its services cover facial aesthetics, breast procedures, body contouring and hair restoration.

The platform also offers several non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Its centres include operating theatres, medical equipment and dedicated recovery facilities. They also provide ICU backup and private patient suites.

The company combines these facilities with a network of full-time and visiting plastic surgeons. This model allows patients to access multiple specialists through one platform. TRUE ARTIS aims to combine specialist expertise with hospital-grade safety infrastructure.

Technology supports patient management

Technology remains a key part of TRUE ARTIS’ operating model. The company has developed an in-house platform for hospital operations and patient management. The system covers the patient journey from initial enquiry through post-operative recovery.

The company says the platform helps standardise care and improve operational efficiency. It is also investing in standardised clinical protocols and specialist teams. These investments will support consistency as TRUE ARTIS expands its centre network.

Startup reports growing patient demand

TRUE ARTIS has served more than 10,000 clients since launching. It has also completed more than 400 surgeries during the past nine months. The company currently works with around 20 plastic surgeons across Delhi NCR.

The company reports a 98 per cent client satisfaction rate. Its first centre has also reached EBITDA break-even. The company says its revenue is growing at a double-digit rate month-on-month.

The startup has also reported demand from international patients. It sees medical tourism as a potential opportunity as it expands its aesthetic healthcare network. TRUE ARTIS plans to strengthen its Delhi NCR operations before pursuing wider market expansion.
