Bengaluru-based Mister Hair Clinics has announced an ambitious expansion strategy that aims to establish 100 clinics across India by 2031. The company currently operates 16 hair and skin care clinics and has opened franchise partnership opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors, and healthcare operators nationwide.
Strong growth in patient base and market presence
The clinic network has treated more than 4,800 patients and continues to strengthen its position in India’s growing aesthetic healthcare market. The company recently gained recognition in a business feature highlighting fast-growing healthcare brands.
Mister Hair Clinics plans to scale through a franchise model built on standardised operating procedures. The company provides partners with diagnostic systems, treatment protocols, patient management software, marketing support, and lead generation services. Management believes this approach will help maintain consistent service quality across locations.
Rising demand in the aesthetic healthcare sector
The expansion comes as India’s hair transplant and medical aesthetics sectors continue to grow rapidly. Industry estimates point to strong demand for hair restoration treatments driven by lifestyle changes, stress, genetics, and rising awareness of aesthetic procedures. Reports also show that hair loss concerns are emerging at younger ages.
Founder Rajaram Sundaramurthy said the company has already validated its operating model across existing clinics. He added that the next phase will focus on replicating this framework in new cities through carefully selected partners.
Focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities
The company plans to prioritise Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities where demand often exceeds available specialised services. Target markets include Coimbatore, Kochi, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Surat, Nagpur, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Indore, Bhubaneswar, and Patna. The strategy also includes flagship clinics in major metros such as Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi NCR, and Kolkata.
Mister Hair Clinics currently operates across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hubballi, Davangere, Tirupati, and Hyderabad. The company believes underserved cities present strong opportunities for organised healthcare brands.
Launch of integrated hair and skin services
Beginning July 2026, each clinic will also feature Miss Skin, the group’s dedicated skincare brand. This addition will allow franchise partners to offer both hair and skin treatments from a single location. The company expects the dual-service model to improve efficiency and unlock new revenue streams.
Franchise partners will receive end-to-end support during setup and operations. The company will assist with site selection, clinic design, equipment procurement, recruitment, staff training, branding, and technology implementation. Partners will also gain access to upcoming consumer hair care products.
Positioning as a scalable healthcare brand
Headquartered in Bengaluru, Mister Hair Clinics continues to position itself as a scalable healthcare brand focused on hair restoration and skincare services. Through its expansion strategy, the company aims to improve access to specialised aesthetic treatments while building a stronger national clinic network across India.
