New Fellowship in Aesthetic and Anti-Ageing Medicine
ILAMED has introduced its one year Fellowship in Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine (FAAM) Programme.
The global medical aesthetics market is growing rapidly and is projected to reach US$ 15.9 billion by 2025 from US$ 9.4 billion in 2020, at a CAGR of 10.9 per cent. The rapidly growing popularity of minimally invasive and non-invasive aesthetic procedures amongst both men and women, it’s rising adoption among geriatric individuals, the increasing public awareness about cosmetic procedures, and the availability of technologically advanced and user-friendly products, are the main reasons for the growth of this market. This also means the increase in demand for trained doctors to cater this growing demand in the market.
This conducive environment makes the launch of the ILAMED fellowship in Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Medicine timely. This flagship programme is in collaboration with University Medicine Greifswald, Germany. The eligibility criteria is the participants should have a recognised Medical Degree from any University or Traineeship or Specialised Degree in Dermatology. The programme is also approved and endorsed by The Indian Society of Aesthetic Medicine and The Plastic Surgery Center of Western New York.
The programme is a blended format of self-learning, live sessions, case studies and hands-on training and these are especially designed for doctors who want to make a successful career in the field of Aesthetic Medicine. The programme includes live demonstrations with detailed explanations by the expert faculties of ILAMED from around the world.
At the end of the programme all the successful participants will be awarded – The Fellowship in Aesthetic & Anti–Ageing Medicine, which is an International Certificate. This fellowship programme will give doctors a chance to learn with hands-on training on live patients under International Faculty supervision and latest medical techniques.
The participants will get a life membership certificate of Alumni Status of Indian Society of Aesthetic Medicine (ISAM), free of cost. At the end of this fellowship programme, students will have interdisciplinary in-depth knowledge of aesthetic and anti-ageing medicine.
