Puresta launches EVERQ to connect AI with dermatology care

Puresta Lifestyle Private Ltd has launched EVERQ, an AI-powered platform connecting skin assessment with dermatologist-led care. The platform combines AI skin assessment, dermatologist consultations, personalised treatment and ongoing skincare support.

EVERQ follows a “Diagnose First. Then Treat.” approach to help consumers understand their skin before choosing treatments.

AI-powered skin assessment

EVERQ begins with an AI-led assessment that identifies visible skin concerns and creates an initial skin profile. Users can then consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and personalised treatment recommendations.

The platform also includes an AI Care Expert to support users throughout their skincare journey. It helps users follow their skincare regimen, monitor progress and maintain information across different stages of care.

Puresta designed EVERQ as part of a wider skin-health ecosystem covering assessment, treatment and everyday skincare. The ecosystem connects EVERQ with SKINQ Rx, which provides dermatologist-led treatments based on consultations. It also connects with SKINQ, which focuses on everyday and maintenance skincare.

Focus on Indian skin

Puresta said it is developing EVERQ with Indian and melanin-rich skin in mind. The platform addresses concerns including pigmentation, acne, sensitivity and post-inflammatory marks.

Hitaysh Dhingraa, Co-Founder and CEO of Puresta, said the company sees a gap in how consumers approach skincare. “India doesn’t have a skincare discovery problem. It has a diagnosis problem. Consumers have thousands of products and millions of recommendations, but very little clarity on what their skin actually needs,” said Dhingraa.

He said Puresta built EVERQ around the principle of diagnosing skin before recommending treatment. “We built EVERQ around a simple philosophy — Diagnose First. Then Treat. AI helps us understand consumers and their skin at scale, dermatologists bring clinical judgement, and our ecosystem helps take that care from assessment through treatment and ongoing skincare,” Dhingraa said.

Expanding access to dermatology care

Puresta said EVERQ aims to make dermatologist-led skincare more accessible beyond India’s largest cities. The company’s model seeks to reduce geography as a barrier to accessing professional skincare guidance.

Dhingraa also emphasised that the platform focuses on appropriate skincare rather than increasing product consumption.

Through EVERQ, Puresta is bringing AI assessment, clinical expertise and personalised skincare into one connected platform. The company positions the platform as a digital pathway from initial skin assessment through treatment and ongoing skincare management.
